Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bellish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.

1. Returns Process

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

  • How to start: To initiate a return, please email us at bellishjwl@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and the address used for the order. We will verify your purchase in our system, so a physical receipt is not required.

  • Shipping: Once your return is authorised, please send the package to: Bellish, 14 And Crana, Buncrana, Co. Donegal, Ireland.

  • Costs: Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without prior notification via email will not be accepted.

2. Quality Guarantee & Damages

We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 3-month quality guarantee on all our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and bespoke reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made items: Products personalised specifically for you, including pieces made to specific sizes, with chosen colours, or custom stone selections.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at bellishjwl@gmail.com.

6. European Union Right of Withdrawal

For customers shipping within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Our 30-day policy is more generous and encompasses this statutory period.
